30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition you received them.
• They must be unused, with all original packaging and protective materials intact.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

• Contact us at contact@alcaone.com to request a return.
• We'll provide the return address via email — please do not ship items before your request is approved.
• Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom-engraved keychains or cases)
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or installation marks

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to:

1. Return the item you have.
2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without explanation.

• Items must still be unused and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
