What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer multiple shipping options. In some cases, a third-party fulfillment partner may manage our inventory and handle shipment of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available) once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard (Free) International Shipping: 12–22 business days (typical window).

Actual delivery time may vary by destination, carrier constraints, and customs processing.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Free Standard Shipping (12–22 business days) is available on international orders.

Please note:

  • International deliveries are subject to local laws, carrier restrictions, and customs clearance.
  • You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by your country. These charges are not controlled by ALCAONE and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
  • The recipient is responsible for complying with all import regulations and paying any additional costs required by the destination country.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link/number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may experience delays while packages move between carriers or pass through customs.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • We're not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at purchase.
  • If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, we'll help arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply).

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • Damaged/Incorrect items: Contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can investigate and make it right.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement beyond the carrier's stated investigation window, contact us and we'll assist with carrier trace and next steps.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If a delivery is delayed for any reason, we'll notify you as soon as possible and share a revised estimated delivery date.

We begin processing quickly, so we can't guarantee edits or cancellations after you place an order. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately with your order number — we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped.
